Sew Many Bikes Pedalpalooza Ride

Join your fellow Portland area sewists for Sew Many Bikes, our very own me-made-wardrobe themed Pedalpalooza ride. Wear your favorite makes to tour NE and SE Portland by bike on July 2nd from 2 to 5 pm. We’ll meet at Bolt Neighborhood Fabric store on NE 422nd Ave. at 2:00 and starting the ride at 2:30. This is a slow, no-drop ride through low traffic streets and a few bike lanes. The ride includes five stops and conclude at Josephine’s Dry Goods on SE Clinton Ave. around 5ish, with an optional happy hour and mixer.

At each stop, we’ll have time to shop, learn more about the store/studio/business. We’re excited to partner with and support just a few of the many amazing textile and hand-made clothing businesses in Portland.

We’re still finalizing all stops, but here is a loose itinerary:

2:00       Bolt Neighborhood Fabric store: 4636 NE 42nd Ave.

2:45       Portland Fashion Institute and PFI Supply: 4225 Ne Tillamook St

3:30       Seamwork: 2222 NE Oregon St, Suite 204

4:10       Rebecca Pearcy studio: 1515 SE Ankeny St

5:00       Josephine’s Dry Goods: 2609 SE Clinton Ave.

MAP ROUTE HERE! All riders must be willing to abide by Pedalpalooza and each stops’ COVID protocol, which may include masks or limiting number of riders in their store at one time.

Pedalpalooza is three months of bikey fun on the streets of Portland, and celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Learn more about Pedalpalooza here.
